Chemical white water turns into red water. What chemical is it?

Phenolphthalein indicator turns red when it meets alkaline water; Cobalt chloride CoCl2 is blue before it meets water, and it will turn red when it meets water.

Phenolphthalein is a chemical product, which belongs to crystalline powder and is almost insoluble in water. Colorless in acidic and neutral solutions and purplish red in alkaline solutions. It is often used to detect acids and bases.

Cobalt chloride crystal is stable at room temperature, loses crystallization water and turns blue when heated, and turns red in humid air. When heated or added with concentrated hydrochloric acid, chloride or organic solvent, its aqueous solution will turn blue. Crystallization at 30 ~ 45℃, weathering and turbidity, heating at 45 ~ 50℃ for 4 hours to be tetrahydrate, and heating to 1 10℃ to be anhydrous. Its toxicity is extremely weak.
