Where is the music of Ganyu Qindao?

It's on the sea to the east of Ganyu District, Yungang City. According to Baidu map, Tianzhu Qindao, also known as Qindao Teana, is an artificial island on the sea just east of Ganyu District of Lianyungang City and a key project of Ganyu New City. This project is an important part of "Ganyu Development Strategic Planning" and "Ganyu New Town Planning", with an estimated total investment of 2 billion yuan.
