What does Zhuge Wuhou mean by cleverly filling up the fortune teller?

This sentence should be read like this:

Zhuge Wu is good at receiving god, and when he is full, he will fall down.

These two meanings, the former one refers to Zhuge Liang's cleverness, ingenious connection with divinity and understanding of astronomy and geography. The next sentence tells a truth that extremes meet. This container contains too much water, so it is bound to overflow. So is man, and so is Zhuge Liang. No matter how clever, there are mistakes in losing the street pavilion.
