Is the Taoist lottery calculated according to the lunar calendar or the new calendar?

Most of the predictions use the "festival" in the 24 solar terms. For example: eight characters, plum blossoms are easy to count, and six are collected.

What is more special is the constellation, which uses the "qi" in the 24 solar terms.

Daoism is more special, using both "festival" and "qi".
