4. Eat more calcium-rich foods during lactation. The wet nurse needs a lot of calcium, so she should pay special attention to supplement it. Milk and dairy products have the highest calcium content and are easy to be absorbed and utilized. A certain amount should be added every day.

In order to prevent anemia during lactation, we should eat more foods with high iron content, such as animal liver, meat, fish, some vegetables, soybeans and their products.
