The sage tells the truth to the ruler who manages the world (sage educates leaders), and the ruler governs the world according to the sage's teaching (leader educates the world). Ignorant people (who can't see their own mistakes) are stupid, so they can be enlightened (understand things) through knowledge education; A stubborn person (who insists on his own opinions and does not correct his mistakes) is for the sake of the enemy, restraining him to correct him with strength (restricting his behavior); An insidious and vicious person (one who goes against the truth and opposes the road) is an evil spirit, and heaven punishes him for his destruction (until he is destroyed). Everything in the world has its own way, and everything in the world has its own way.

National society has strict rules and order, and rulers rule the world. State laws and regulations are promulgated by rulers, and the world is subject to the management of rulers. So saints began to teach their leaders when they saved the world, and then educated the public. To put it simply, the salvation of saints is nothing more than imparting truth to social leaders, who govern the world according to the thoughts of saints. In other words, the mission of saints is to educate the ruling leaders, who are responsible for educating the world. Because only rulers can issue state decrees, and social order (people) lives and produces according to state decrees.
