Therefore, the sage made a decision for it, and three days was the ritual system. "So, the three-night wake is not entirely out of superstition, but three days, everything is ready, and relatives and friends from afar can also arrive, which is enough to do human kindness.

In ancient times, after the death of dignitaries, there were many things buried with them, including living things, such as people buried with them and roosters. Before they are buried, some wizards will be asked to imprison their souls and let them guard their masters forever. The system of human martyrdom ended in the last years of Yingzong (Zhu Qizhen) in Ming Dynasty. Of course, later generations know how to respect life more and more.
