At the age of sixteen, he abandoned his fame and career and traveled around the world to seek Buddha. In order to keep their son alive, parents arranged his marriage early. His wife Hu is beautiful and intelligent, but Xiufeng has made up her mind and is not confused. She was newly married and divorced, lived in seclusion in the mountains, worshipped dust as a teacher in Xiufeng Mountain, cut her hair and became a monk, taking the dharma name "Xiufeng". Later, he was taken in by the Ming elders of Zhaochan Temple in Yangming Mountain, and was built in the mountain, giving him the dharma name "Zhencong" and "Xiufeng". After the sixth ancestor, Zen Buddhism had no heir for more than 1000 years. In the thirty-first year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1552), the Zen master Xiufeng sat here and became a Buddha at the age of 39. "After death, my body is not bad, and I am like King Kong." Wang Nanwei, a warlord of Amin, praised him for his noble morality and lofty spirit before his death, so he called him the "Seven Ancestors" and renamed Zhaochan Temple "Manjuji", and personally presented him with a couplet of "Famous mountains respect the ages, and living buddhas achieve a thousand dynasties". Since then, scholars from far and near have worshipped, good men believe in women, and incense has flourished for hundreds of years. There is also the birthday of Bodhisattva Zheng Xiufeng, the seventh ancestor of the lunar calendar every year. It can be said that the traffic here is busy and people come and go! The temple is now a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
