Method for making shrimp dumpling stuffing

Ingredients: raw shrimp 250g (peeled and viscera removed, leaving shrimp meat), 1 teaspoon salt, half teaspoon cut ham, 3 teaspoons cut bamboo shoots, 2 teaspoons cut onion (white part), half teaspoon corn starch, 1 teaspoon sugar, white pepper, half teaspoon yellow wine, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and soy sauce.

Steps:

2. Slice the drained shrimp vertically;
