As the saying goes, a swift horse is common, but Bole is not.

The fact is that there are not many swift horses in this world, and there are even fewer Bole. Maxima learns fate from Bole, and Bole talks about fate with Maxima.

Bodhisattva Bodhisattva first preached the Dharma in India, and then went around looking for successors. Failing, she came to China to try her luck. This is an opportunity, but he already knows where his apprentice is in his heart.

Therefore, Dharma, the ancestor of Zen Buddhism, lived in Shaoshi Mountain of Shaolin Temple. In fact, he has been waiting for the arrival of the right person.

This man by destiny is Zen master Hui Ke, the second ancestor of Zen. Hui Ke, formerly known as Ji Guang, became a monk in his early years and studied under Zen master Baibaojing in Xiangshan, Luoyang, Henan. By the age of 32, he had acquired the essence of Buddhism. However, the matter of life and death is still unclear.

After eight years of intensive training, during a meditation session, Hui Ke was glad to be guided by the dharma protector. He wanted to go to the south, namely Shaolin Temple, to learn enlightenment, so he changed his name to Zen Master Shen Guang.

After arriving at Shaolin Temple, Dharma began to deliberately ignore him and concentrate on meditation. Hui Ke didn't lose heart and waited in the cave in front of Dharma for many years. Sincerity finally touched the bodhi old zu. On the night of the ninth day of the twelfth lunar month, it snowed heavily. Hui Ke stood motionless outside the cave all night, and the snow had reached his knees.

At this time, bodhidharma finally spoke and asked him what he was doing. Hui Ke answered truthfully, asking the bodhi old zu to teach Buddhism and purdue all beings.

The bodhi old zu asked Hui Ke: Your Buddhism is very advanced. What do you want from me?

Hui Ke replied, I feel uneasy. Please give me peace of mind.

The bodhi old zu replied: take your heart and I will give you peace of mind.

Hui Ke thought for a moment and replied, I can't take it out.

The bodhi old zu replied, I'm not at ease until I go with you.

After hearing this, Master Hui Ke suddenly realized that peace of mind and anxiety are delusions. Only by putting peace of mind in his own body can he really feel at ease.

Yes, the whole world is pursuing various methods of peace of mind, but they don't know the real way of peace of mind-are you there?

Are you following in your footsteps at this moment?

You're in your own head. Can you settle down?

We are usually absent most of the time, focusing on foreign things, living in imagination and delusion, but rarely seeing our true selves.

There you are, with your own steps. You're not here, so where are you?

Don't forget yourself. Remember yourself and practice remembering yourself. Being with yourself is the way to feel at ease. Only in this way can you calm your heart.

Peace of mind? Are you there?

Whether you are here or not is very important to you!

The sixth day of the school day without abstinence.
