What does it mean to have a mole on the back of a boy's neck?

I have two moles on my neck. I remember when I was a child, I was not sensible. My grandfather took me to our hometown market to find a fortune teller and asked me, "My life has been affected." This gentleman's reason is that moles are usually called "boils". Think about it, can you not be tired with two "monkeys" hanging around your neck? Hehe ~ anyway, that's what people say, and I didn't care too much. It still grows on my neck.
