Where is Chenghai?

Chenghai is located at the mouth of Hanjiang River in Chaoshan Plain in the east of Guangdong Province, bordering the South China Sea in the southeast, Chaozhou in the northwest, Shantou in the southwest, Raoping County in the northeast and Nan 'ao Island in the east across the sea. The city's topography inclines from northwest to southeast, and it is known as "one mountain, one water and eight points". Chenghai is the county (city) with the highest population density in China with a total population of 860,000 and a total area of 402.5 square kilometers.
