How to automatically calculate multiplication in a table

The method of automatically calculating multiplication with EXCEL tables;

Equipment: computer.

System: win7.

Software: excel2003.

1. First open excel and enter two sets of data randomly. As shown in the figure. Now calculate the product of these two sets of data.

2. To calculate the data selected in the figure below, first calculate the product of the first set of data. Select this data set, and then click the function button above.

3. There is no product formula to use in the pop-up menu. Click other feature options.

4. In the page of inserting functions, you can't directly find the required product functions. Just enter the word product in the blank box of the search function, and then click the Go button.

5. At this point, a product function appears in the list of selected functions, with instructions at the bottom of the list, that is, calculate the product of all parameters. Click OK after selection to exit the Insert function page.

6. Start calculating the product of the first set of data. Directly use the mouse to select the group of data just selected. After selection, this set of data will be surrounded by dotted lines, and then this set of data will be displayed in the function parameter box, and there will be a calculation result at the bottom, as shown in the figure.
