Jiang Yang (1911July 200617-2065438+May 25th), whose real name is Yang Jikang, is a native of Wuxi, Jiangsu, a China woman writer, literary translator, foreign literature researcher and Mrs. Qian Zhongshu.

Jiang Yang was born in Beijing on July 17, 2007. 1923, Jiang Yang went to school in Qi Ming, and his family moved to Suzhou. 1928, Jiang Yang wanted to apply for the foreign languages department in Tsinghua, but there were no places in the south, so Jiang Yang had to transfer to Soochow University in Suzhou. 1932, I borrowed from Soochow University in Suzhou to Tsinghua University, and met Qian Zhongshu.

1935, Jiang Yang married Qian Zhongshu and went to study in Britain and France with her husband in the summer of the same year. From 65438 to 0938, Jiang Yang returned to China with Qian Zhongshu's one-year-old daughter. After returning to China, she successively served as a professor of foreign languages department of Shanghai Aurora Women's College of Arts and Sciences and a professor of western languages department of Tsinghua University.

Jiang Yang is proficient in English, French and Spanish, and her translation of Don Quixote is recognized as the best translation. By 20 14, more than 700,000 copies have been published. Her early play "Satisfaction" has been on the stage for more than 60 years, and it is still being shown in 20 14 years.
