Where are all the ancient buildings in Yongfeng?

Yongfeng ancient building is a cultural tourist attraction.

Three kilometers away from Yongfeng Town in the middle of Deqing, there is an ancient village-Gupeng Village. The village was built in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty.

In the middle and early Qing Dynasty, there were about 300 ancient houses in the village, forming a well-preserved ancient architectural complex.

Gupeng village runs north and south, and is built on a slope with a small slope. The buildings are neat, the vertical lanes are straight, and the big alleys are made of stone.

Paving the road is a veritable "stone alley". There are 15 fire brick ancestral hall and a four-story blue brick wooden knot in the ancient building.

Taiping building, others are mostly residential buildings.

Among these ancestral temples, Bofu Chen Gong Temple is the largest. The ancestral hall is located in Gupeng old village.

Covering an area of 738.7 square meters, the center was built in the early Qing Dynasty and is the oldest building in all ancestral halls.

It has a history of more than 300 years. The whole building is divided into front, middle and back halls from low to high, with a patio in the middle and compartments on both sides.

The houses are connected and the structure is rigorous. All the wooden pillars are made of the original sweeping sticks and branches, and they are still very strong. At the highest point behind the ancient village

There is a safe building about 20 meters high, which was built by ancient villagers to prevent bandits from invading. The building is four stories high and used on the first floor.

It is made of 9 layers of refractory bricks, with a wall thickness of nearly 1 m, and gradually decreases upward until the thickness of the fourth layer is about 0.

5 meters. There are three observation posts (also called gun holes) in the southeast and northwest of each floor. According to the village chief, the turret has never played a role since its completion, but only as a building.

Symbolic buildings guard the whole village. The most interesting thing is that 60% of the roofs of old houses are along the "golden" ridge.

Brick walls with "Ji" shapes on both sides are two or three meters higher than tiles, just like the "ears" of a house. The locals call them "ear rooms".

Each house covers an area of about 90 to 100 square meters, all of which are brick-wood structures with patios, with a hall in the middle and kitchens on the east and west sides.

Rooms and bedrooms are unique ancient buildings in Lingnan. Now, most of the villagers in Gupeng Village have moved to the new village in front of the ancient village, but a small number of villagers still live in their ancestral homes.

The old big house continues the ancient and meaningful historical story.
