China people believe that there are two major forces in the universe, one is Yang and the other is Yin. Such thoughts are obviously abstracted from perceptual intuition. As far as the space of human life is concerned, there is heaven and earth; As far as the whole day is concerned, there are day and night; As far as a day is concerned, there are sunny days at noon, light dew in the morning and sunset in the evening; As far as life is concerned, there are energetic young people and dull twilight years; As far as a person's career is concerned, there are good times and bad times, and so on. China people generalize the bright, positive and dominant forces as Yang, and the dark, negative and subordinate forces as Yin. Yin and Yang are opposites and interdependent. To explain the concept of yin and yang clearly, we must know the basic understanding methods. On the surface, it seems that exterior is yang, interior is yin, while heat is yang, cold is yin, qi is yang, and blood is yin. Otherwise, it will bring mistakes in understanding. Therefore, the concept of yin and yang in the category of rational knowledge, like the concept of contradiction, has no specific meaning. Only when we use it to analyze and understand specific things, can its significance emerge with our understanding of things in practice-this process is the process of theory returning to practice. Yin and Yin are both transformed and interdependent. In other words, both yin and yang regard each other as the premise of their existence. Without yin, yang cannot exist; Without Yang, Yin cannot exist. Just as there is no work, there is no Kun, no sky and no land. Yin and Yang are interdependent and use each other. Yin and Yang are a pair of categories in China's ancient philosophy. The original meaning of yin and yang is very simple, indicating that the sun faces the back, the sun faces the sun, and the back faces the sun. Later, it was extended to the warmth and coldness of the climate, the up and down or so, the internal and external directions, and the restlessness and tranquility of the movement state. The ancient philosophers in China further realized that all phenomena in nature are antagonistic and interactive, so they used the concept of Yin and Yang to explain two kinds of antagonistic and interactive material forces in nature, and thought that the opposition and fluctuation of Yin and Yang were inherent in things themselves, and further thought that the opposition and fluctuation of Yin and Yang were the basic laws of the universe. Yin-yang theory holds that the world is a material whole, and everything in nature contains two opposing aspects of Yin and Yang, which are mutually unified. The movement of the unity of opposites between Yin and Yang is the fundamental reason for the occurrence, development, change and extinction of all things in nature. As Su Wen's Theory of Yin and Yang Should Be Like a Great Theory says, "Yin and Yang, the way of heaven and earth, the discipline of all things, the parents of change, the beginning of life and death." Therefore, the law of the unity of opposites between Yin and Yang is the inherent law of the movement and change of all things in nature, and the world itself is the result of the unity of opposites between Yin and Yang. Yin He not only represents opposing things, but also can be used to analyze two aspects of internal opposition. Generally speaking, everything that is vigorous, extroverted, rising, warm and bright belongs to Yang; Relatively quiet, defensive, healthy, cold and dark belong to yin. In terms of heaven and earth, the weather is light and bright, and the atmosphere is heavy and turbid. In terms of fire and water, water is cold, nourishing subordinate yin, fire is hot, and inflammation belongs to yang. Everything can be divided into yin and yang attributes, but it must be aimed at a pair of interrelated things or two aspects of a thing, so this division is of practical significance. If the two things analyzed are not related to each other, or are not two opposite aspects of the unity, Yin and Yang cannot be used to distinguish their relative attributes and their relationship. The yin and yang attributes of things are not absolute, but relative. On the one hand, this relativity shows that under certain conditions, yin and yin can be transformed into each other, that is, yin can be transformed into yang and can also be transformed into yin. On the other hand, it is reflected in the infinite separability of things. The basic content of Yin-Yang theory includes four aspects: opposition of Yin and Yang, mutual root of Yin and Yang, growth and decline of Yin and Yang, and transformation of Yin and Yang. In the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, the thought of yin-yang theory is everywhere. Yin-yang theory is used to explain the tissue structure, physiological function and pathological changes of human body and guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The so-called five elements in the theoretical thinking of the five elements are wood, fire, earth, gold and water. The first thing to pay attention to when studying is that it is absolutely wrong for fortune tellers to think that walking is walking. When we read the Book of Changes, we read the sentence "Tian Xing Jian", which means movement, that is, "kinetic energy". The biggest relationship between matter in the universe lies in this kinetic energy. This "kinetic energy" has hardware, represented by wood, fire, earth, gold and water. Like hexagrams, they are traditional symbols, so don't take them too seriously. The so-called "gold" is not gold, and "water" is different from the water in a cup. Don't think that the five elements are five substances. The five elements of ancient culture: wood, fire, earth, gold and water, are modern earth culture. The five stars outside the earth have a lot to do with us. The five elements refer to the movement of wood, fire, earth, gold and water. The ancient Chinese people realized that wood, fire, earth, gold and water were the most indispensable basic substances in their long-term life and production practice, which extended that everything in the world was produced by the movement of five basic substances: wood, fire, earth, gold and water. These five substances are mutually enriched and restricted, and maintain a dynamic balance in the constant movement of mutual development and mutual resistance, which is the five elements. According to the theory of five elements, "straight wood is straight", and everything that has the function or nature of growth, rising and smoothness belongs to wood; "Fire is said to get angry", and everything that has a warm and upward effect belongs to fire; "Soil and crops", all things with biochemical and bearing functions belong to soil; "Gold says that it follows the leather", and everything that has the function of cleaning and reducing convergence belongs to gold; "Moisturizing" means that everything that is cold, moist and moving downward belongs to water. The theory of five elements classifies things according to the characteristics of five elements, and compares the properties and functions of various things and phenomena in nature with the characteristics of five elements, and then belongs to five elements respectively.
