Quan Wang (AD 1822- 1905) was born in Pan 'an Town, Gangu County, and was a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. 1844 After the senior high school entrance examination, he gave lectures in Wenchang, Tianshui and Ningyuan College in Zhou Min, and trained a large number of talents. After eleven years of Tongzhi (A.D. 1872), he served as the county magistrate of Xingping and Fuping, helping the poor and the poor, and his political voice was brilliant.
