1. According to the official website of Suzhou municipal government service platform, the demolition of Zhonglou New Village project is divided into two phases due to the large amount of work. As of June 12, 2023, the first phase of the project of Zhonglou New Village is being started item by item, and the second phase will be started in time according to the implementation of the first phase. Therefore, the new building of Nantong Haimen No.3 Factory will be demolished.

2. Zhonglou New Village is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Tangjiaxiang in Gusu, gusu district, and the north corner of Wangxing Bridge. It is a residential area planned and developed by Suzhou Municipal Government.
