Translation of fortune-telling poems

Smart but impatient, not far from wealth, but caring, things are easily blocked. I am handy at work, harmonious in interpersonal communication, hard-working and good in all aspects. I didn't do much when I was young. The disaster of middle age mainly comes from love. I enjoyed the happiness of my children in my later years, and I was lucky!
