Liu Xi is located in Haicheng City, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. Located in the northwest of Haicheng City, it is adjacent to Xinghai Management Zone in the suburb to the east, Wang Zhen to the south, a small town to the west, and Dongsi Street across the Haicheng River to the north.
