Can fortune tellers believe in Buddhism?

You can believe in Buddhism, but it is not recommended to tell fortune when you study Buddhism. The Buddha once said in several scriptures that a disciple of the Buddha should not tell fortune or ask for help (similar to "seeing Feng Shui"). If you can't change your life by fortune telling, then carry forward Buddhism while fortune telling, and don't forget the advice of Buddha.
