The Historical Evolution of Yang Lou Town

At the end of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1875), it belonged to Zaifang Township, Xiaoxian County.

In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), it belonged to Taolou District.

In the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1), Yang Lou Township was established, belonging to the 10th district of Xiaoxian County.

In the 23rd year of the Republic of China (1934), District 9 and the 10th district merged into the 5th district.

1949, belonging to Haoji District.

/kloc-in September, 1950, Haoji District was renamed as Yang Lou District, which governs Liu Zhuang, Liulou, Lianghe, Zhu Zhuang, Duanzhuang, Taoyuan, Shiba Inu, Ma Jing, Zhuang Zong, Wafangdian, Quanlou, Hetao, Yang Lou, Tamia Liu and Gengzhuang 15 townships and 86 administrative villages.

1955 1 month, Yang Lou District and Ma Jing District were abolished, and Yang Lou District was established, which was formed by the merger of Yang Lou District and Ma Jing District, and the district government was stationed in Haoji.

1September 1958, the district organizational system was abolished and Yang Lou commune was established.

1962 1 month, Yang Lou District was established, which governs Yang Lou, Jiji, Tamia Liu, Zhu Zhuang, Haoji, Ma Jing, Zhuji, Haozhuang, Quanlou and Muji 10 communes.

1969, the district organizational system was abolished and Yang Lou commune was established.

1980, Yang Lou District was established, which governs six communes, namely Yang Lou, Haoji, Zhu Zhuang, Tamia Liu, Jiji and Beicheng.

1984 Yang Lou is established as an organizational town, which governs six towns, namely Haoji Township, Zhu Zhuang Township, Zhuangzong Township, Jiji Township, Tamia Liu Town and Yang Lou Office, 57 village (neighborhood) committees and 392 villagers' groups.

1992, Yang Lou was abolished and Yang Lou town was established.
