What temples are there in Tianjin?

Dule Temple, also known as the Big Buddha Temple, is located in Jizhou District, Tianjin, China. It is one of the three existing Liao temples in China and one of the famous ancient buildings in China. The two oldest existing buildings in the temple, Shanmen and Guanyin Pavilion, were rebuilt in the second year of Liao Dynasty.

In the Republic of China 19, Dule Temple became famous at home and abroad because of the investigation and publication of Japanese scholar Guan and China scholar Liang Sicheng. 3. Tianjin Chaoyin Temple

Chaoyin Temple, formerly known as Nanhai Temple, is also known as Shuangshan Temple. As the most famous temple in the lower reaches of Haihe River, Chaoyin Temple was built in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty (1404), the same year as Tianjin Jianwei, with a history of 600 years.

Facing Dagu Haikou, it is a rare temple in China facing west and east. Located in Dagu Street, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, it is a cultural relic that is open to the outside world. Chaoyin Temple was built by local residents, rebuilt by Emperor Jiajing of Ming Dynasty and renamed Chaoyin Temple.

4. Dabei Temple

After historical changes, it was rebuilt again on 1997, with Wangyaohu Park and Rare Bird Ornamental Garden attached. Now it is a 3A-level tourist attraction and a district-level cultural relics protection unit. This temple consists of the mountain gate, the front hall, the middle hall, the back hall, the east-west annex hall, the bell tower and the drum tower.
