Who can tell me some fairy tales about Inner Mongolia?

Speaking of Sannianzi, Mongolians are almost household names.

About 400 years ago in the Ming Dynasty, Sannianzi was born in Wushenqi, Ordos Plateau. She is a Mongolian, formerly known as Yerketuhatun, and Sannianzi is her nickname. At that time, there was a famous Mongolian leader named alatan Khan in Tumote, who was a descendant of Genghis Khan. After the demise of the Yuan Dynasty, Inner Mongolia returned to the state where Mongolian nobles competed for territory with each other. Alatan Khan unified this area with his outstanding talent, and actively sought to "communicate tribute" and "exchange markets" with the Ming court, but he never got an answer from the Ming court. So alatan Khan led troops to besiege Beijing for three days, trying to make peace by war, but in vain, he was always in a hostile state with the imperial court. In A.D. 1570, SanNianZi, a beautiful young woman, married alatan Khan who was ten years older than her. Because SanNianZi is smart and beautiful, she can sing and dance well, especially riding and shooting, and soon won the love and respect of alatan Khan. Alatan Khan always has something to discuss with Sannianzi, who became her best wife. Alatan Khan finally made peace with the Ming Dynasty and stopped fighting for many years because he adopted Sannianzi's opinion. Later, alatan Khan became old and devoted himself to Lamaism. From Inner Mongolia in the east to Gansu and Qinghai in the west, he is unable to manage the ministries and the annual "tribute" and "trade", and he has to rely on Sannianzi to deal with it to a great extent. After a long time, Sannianzi gained high prestige in the tribe. Therefore, at least half of alatan Khan's immortal achievements in promoting the harmonious coexistence of Mongolian and Han nationalities for decades should belong to Sannianzi.

In the past, there were few settled cities on the grasslands of Inner Mongolia. Alatan Khan only built some small castles on Tumochuan, calling them "Bansheng", and his palace was just a big "Bansheng". After the restoration of normal relations with the Ming Dynasty, Tumochuan showed a prosperous scene due to the joint efforts of the Mongolian and Han people. In A.D. 158 1 year, Sannianzi was determined to change the Mongolian lifestyle of "living on aquatic plants" and suggested that alatan Khan build a bigger city. After the plan was approved by the Ming Dynasty, Sannianzi personally reviewed the implementation plan and dispatched Mongolian and Han migrant workers, and finally built the first city on the grassland. The Mongolian name "Kuku and Tun" means Blue City (now the old city of Hohhot). China people were given the name "naturalization" in the Ming Dynasty, which meant to make ethnic minorities submit, unify and obey the rule of the Ming court. Archaeologists investigated the existing sites and preliminarily verified that the city was originally a square with only two doors, north and south. Because the Ming dynasty buildings in the city were burned down in the Qing dynasty, it is impossible to infer the original layout.

In A.D. 1582, alatan Khan died of illness, and Ming Chengzu held a grand ceremony for him. Sannianzi and alatan Khan's eldest son, Huang Taiji (born by alatan Khan's ex-wife), also wrote to the court to thank him. In the second year, Huang Taiji succeeded to Shunyi King and proposed to Sannianzi according to the ancient custom that his father was married by his stepmother after his death. Huang taiji was evil, advocating chaos and opposing Mongolian-Chinese friendship. Sannianzi has always disagreed with him and refused to marry him. In a fit of pique, she left Guihuacheng and led the crowd, which not only embarrassed Huang Taiji, but also made him lose the support of the masses in this department, and the Tumote Department was in danger of splitting. When Zheng Luo, the governor of the Ming Dynasty at that time, realized this, he immediately sent someone to persuade Sannianzi, hoping that she would understand. Sannianzi always respected the opinions of the Ming Dynasty, that is, put the overall situation first, and finally became the wife of the second generation king of Shunyi and married Huang Taiji. A few years later, Huang taiji died, and the leaders of various ministries showed signs of civil strife. Under the mediation of Zheng Luo, SanNianZi became the wife of the third generation of Wang Keli (son of Huang Taiji's ex-wife) in Shunyi.
