Tang Dynasty poet Jia Dao and painter Wu Daozhi; Song Dynasty writer Su Dongpo, philosophers Zhou Dunyi, Cheng Hao, Cheng Yi; Tang Yin in Ming Dynasty; Emperor Qianlong and Zheng Banqiao of the Qing Dynasty once lingered in Baiquan Lake.
