Blind cakes are made of glutinous rice, with sugar, peanuts, sesame seeds, pork, raw oil and other superior raw materials. The pork sandwiched in the cake is more beautiful and exquisite. Marinate with fine sugar for several months (at least a few days) before taking it out. It tastes sweet, crisp and delicious, and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. For more than 100 years, the production method is simple, baking in clay pots and sitting for production, with extremely low efficiency.
