In recent days, I was lucky enough to follow Professor Hu Shujuan into Hefu Town and Yuan Jiahui to visit rural culture. Yuanjiahui, an ordinary village in the south of the Yangtze River, began to rely on the Grand Canal to develop its economy from the middle of the Ming Dynasty and gradually formed Yuanjiahui Town. With the changes of history, many historical sites have disappeared, but the culture left behind still has research value today. Entering Yuan Jiahui, we saw many ancient bridges, ancient houses, and Mr. Zhong who still lives in the ancient houses.

Mr. Zhong is the most impressive person I met in Yuan Jiahui. It turned out that when I visited Yuan Jiahui, I found a well-preserved ancient house, so I hurried to visit the people inside and met Mr. Zhong by chance. Mr. Zhong is a member of the Zhong family, a large family in Yuanjiahui area. He is a famous family in the local area. Interviewing Mr. Wang, I learned that his family used to make wine. Because the wine is delicious, widely sold and hardworking, it has developed from a small portal to a large one. Mr. Zhong's father is also very ambitious. During the war, he lent his house to the wounded for healing, which lasted for decades. For hundreds of years, the Zhong family grew up and experienced turmoil, from prosperity to decline. Although the changes of years have made this family no longer brilliant, the good family style has been passed down from generation to generation. Influenced by their parents, Mr. Zhong and his brothers are both modest and knowledgeable. According to Mr. Zhong, most of his brothers are professors and engineers, who teach and educate people all over the country and live a stable life.

In the communication with Mr. Zhong, we can always feel the wind of a gentleman. He sorted out the family history for us, and his tone was full of peace and indifference. Before leaving, Mr. Zhong also showed us the treasured family photos. The people in the photo are very dignified and set an example for everyone. Although history has changed, the things recorded in the photos remain the same, and the family style remains the same.
