Basic introduction of Biyun Temple

Biyun Temple is a famous religious tourist attraction in Beijing.

Located at the eastern foot of Xiangshan Mountain, formerly known as Biyun Temple, it was built in the Yuan Dynasty, and it is the best preserved temple in Xishan Scenic Area, similar to Lingyin Temple in West Lake. In the middle is the Hall of Sakyamuni. There are beautifully carved golden dragon algae wells and golden dragons in the hall. In the middle is the statue of Sakyamuni when he was giving a lecture, surrounded by his disciples and arhats. Behind the main hall is the newly renovated Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, where pines and cypresses are green and lush. Inside the hall is a statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and there is a FRP coffin sent by the Soviet government 1925 in the northwest corner of the main hall.
