It was built before the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Bing Gong Ling is the third son of Taishan God and Daiyue Chu Jun. Zan Xiangyun Tianzi (Yamaraja) specializes in ghost seals, that is, Yin officials who specialize in human life and death. Because Wangcun is located at the southern foot of Changbai Mountain, which is the auxiliary mountain and the site of Mount Tai, the local people built a palace for Binglinggong here and asked him to protect the people in Wangcun. According to legend, during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, xipu, the minister of the household, led troops to quell the rebellion of the Yi people in Sichuan in Wangcun, and helped each other in secret, thus winning the war. Bi Yanzi thanked God for his kindness and donated money to renovate the temple and rebuild the golden body for Bing Ling. This is a typical specimen of the belief in local gods in China, which is unique in China and has important cultural and cultural values. In recent 50 years, the temples here have gradually declined, and most of the buildings have collapsed. Now there are only the West Attached Pavilion and Sanguan Pavilion.
