A simple method for measuring face shape.

Step 1: Find the widest part of the face.

1, if the parts are relatively general.

If the forehead, cheekbones and cheeks are all about the same width, then the face should be square, round or oval. You can skip to step two.

2. If the widest part is the forehead.

If the forehead is widest and the lower cheek gradually narrows, then the face is heart-shaped, which is what everyone calls an inverted triangle.

If the widest part is the cheekbone

Then this kind of face belongs to a diamond face.

If the jaw is widest,

Then the face belongs to a triangle, which is commonly known as a pear.

Step 2: Identify the shape of the chin.

If it's a round chin

Round face, oval face and round chin.

If it's a square chin, don't worry

If the chin line is hard, then your face is square. Although the cheeks gradually taper down, the lines slow down or appear flat, which is also a square face. However, rhombic and inverted triangular faces may also have square chins.

If it's a pointed chin

If the face is obviously thinner from cheek to chin, it can be directly attributed to the heart shape.

Step 3: the aspect ratio of the face

If the aspect ratio is relatively average

Many faces are slightly longer than the width. Suppose you draw a horizontal line under your eyes (that is, a horizontal line parallel to your ears), and then draw a vertical line in the middle of your face (from the top of your forehead through your nose to your chin). You will find that the aspect ratio of these two intersecting lines is 1 (width): 1.5 (length). This ratio reflects the characteristics of most faces.

If the face is short, it is better to bask in the sun.

If the aspect ratio of this cross is 1: 1, then the face should be round.

If the surface length is very long

If the lower part of the cross is long, then the face is oval. It should be noted that all face types (except round face, because the test results are different from other face types) may be considered as ellipses according to different people's measurement methods. For example, an oval face with a square shape will be considered a square face.
