Lvliang Fenyang Fortune Teller _ Where is the Fenyang Fortune Teller?

Shipan Mountain Scenic Area is located 8 kilometers west of Fenyang City. It was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It is named after the earliest old temple, also known as Laoye Mountain.
