In order to promote the project of Zhonglian Agricultural Logistics Park to settle in Bao Qing Village, according to the requirements of the district and town governments, the village party branch and village committee held a meeting and passed it. Under the auspices of the district and town governments, all general party membership meeting was held on February 7, 2023, and the villagers' congress was held on February 8, 2023, and the land transfer plan of Zhonglian Agricultural Logistics Park was successively adopted.

The land transfer period is 20 years, and the annual rent per mu is 3,000 yuan. The rent per mu will increase by 500 yuan every five years, (1-5 years, 6- 10 years, 3,500 yuan per mu,1-65,438 years, 4,000 yuan per mu. In case of national land requisition, the above-ground facilities shall be owned by Zhonglian Agricultural Logistics Park, and the land proceeds shall be owned by the original contractor.

The project planning includes modern agricultural planting area, agricultural products processing area and cold chain storage and logistics area, aiming at creating a provincial-level demonstration project of agricultural integration of the first, second and third industries, providing people's livelihood security for "recreating a new Baoding" and contributing to the rural revitalization of Lianchi.
