Are Japanese monks monks monks?

In Japan, Buddhist monks can get married and have children, and they can eat meat and drink wine, because all they have to do is believe in Amitabha's original wish and say a word of Amitabha, and they don't have to keep precepts, walk six degrees or bodhicitta. So they are all professional monks, who stay in temples during the day, draw lots to tell fortune, turn over the dead, and go home at night to enjoy family happiness.
