What should I do if the model imported into ansys is too large and runs slowly?

Run the dead ave command to save. Restart and check the results. I don't know how the computer is configured, because the model is too big. Next time you use the Workbench interface, compared with the classic interface, Workbench has almost no similar situation. Only the db file is deleted, but only the command stream is actually deleted.
