Is worshipping Buddha a superstition?

Not exactly. Bowing down to the Buddha in the temple is usually a step of three worships, which is also an expression of respect and gratitude to the Buddha and Bodhisattva. From the soft, slow and serene bending down to worship the Buddha, we can feel the calmness and humility of the believers.

Whenever I go to the temple, I feel a kind of purity and tranquility beyond worldly customs, and I feel a solemn and peaceful heart. People naturally want to enter the main hall, pay homage to the Buddha and Bodhisattva, and express their respect and gratitude. From the soft, slow and serene bending down to worship Buddha, I feel the calmness and humility of worshippers. Buddha worship has four meanings:

1. Induction worship: In order to seek the blessing of Buddha and Bodhisattva, to make money and avoid disasters, and to ask Buddha to lead us, thank you for your kindness.

2. Respectful worship: reverence for the three treasures, or gratitude and reverence, is spontaneous and sincere.

3. Confession worship: worship for repentance. Those who can repent and worship must be humble or learn humility. Therefore, the worship of confession can improve people's personality, change people's temperament and make people honest, gentle and modest.

4. Worship without phase: Worship without phase is worship without requirement, which is divided into three levels. At first, I knew I was worshipping, experienced every movement I was worshipping, and ordered my body to worship; Entering the second floor is to know that you are worshipping and experience that you are worshipping, but the heart of command is gone; Finally, I reached the third level, without command and experience, but I clearly know that people are worshipping, and I don't care who this person is. Anyway, he worships.
