General situation of Qian 'an land

Qian 'an City is located in the northeast of Hebei Province, at the southern foot of Yanshan Mountain, by the Luanhe River. It is located at east longitude 1 18 degrees 26 minutes to north latitude 1 18 degrees 55 minutes to 40 degrees north latitude 15 minutes. The east-west span is 39 kilometers, and the north-south longitudinal distance is 45 kilometers. It belongs to warm temperate semi-humid monsoon climate. Annual average temperature 1 1.5 degrees. The annual precipitation is 711.9mm. The annual sunshine is 2292.5h, and the frost-free period is 198 days.

Qian 'an is located in the first-class economic development zone around Bohai Sea and Beijing and Tianjin, about 200 kilometers west of Beijing and Tianjin, and only over 80 kilometers away from Qinhuangdao and Tangshan. The Beijing-Qinhuangdao, Daqin and Tongtuo railways run through the east and west, and the Yingshuicheng Railway connects the north and the south. There are 7 passenger and freight stations and 6 special railway lines in China, with an annual transportation capacity of1.2000 tons. The newly-built Beijing-Shenyang Expressway and 102 National Highway have formed a transportation network extending in all directions. There are three seaports at sea: Qinhuangdao Port, Jingtang Port and Tianjin Xingang Port, which are more than 80 kilometers apart. Five major enterprises, such as Shougang Qiangang and Hebei Hua Qian, settled in Qian 'an.

Qian 'an was established in the 26th year of Qin Dynasty (22 1 BC), renamed Qian 'an in the 7th year of Jin Dading (A.D. 1 167), and the county-level organizational system was 22 17 years. 1996 10 the State Council approved the revocation of Qian' an county and the establishment of Qian' an city. It has jurisdiction over 20 townships (offices) and 533 administrative villages with a total area of 1.208 square kilometers and a population of 680,000. Qian 'an has a long history and many cultural relics. Bone needles and bone cones unearthed from Zhaocun site and "ancient diamond teeth" unearthed from Yangjiapo are extremely rare. Little is known about the marble Great Wall winding on the top of Yanshan Mountain. The newly developed Shitigou eco-agricultural tour, Lingshan tour, Longshan tour and Baiyangyu tour have become sunrise industries to increase income.

Qian 'an is rich in minerals. There are more than 20 kinds of proven mineral deposits, of which the total iron ore reserves reach 2.8 billion tons, which is known as "Iron Qian 'an". 400 million tons of high-quality limestone and 654.38 billion tons of dolomite. Granite, marble, nickel, magnesium, copper, gold, bentonite, Yingshi and other mineral resources have good development prospects.
