How to make touching expression pictures in WeChat?

Animation is a gif picture. Animation requires the use of third-party tools, such as the gif editor. The operation method is as follows:

First of all, we open the software for making gif colors and characters, and click the software to start the GIF editor.

Then we click the record button next to the add file and aim the recording box at the material we need to record.
