Zhanggou geographical environment

Zhanggou Town is located in the south-central part of Xiantao, 15km, bordering Xiantao City in the north, Dongjing River across the river from honghu city Baimiao in the south, Yanglinwei Town in the southeast, Pengchang Town in the east and Guohe Town in the west.

Zhanggou Town is located in the middle of the town, on the north bank of Tongzhou River. Xianhong Highway runs through the town, and Xianjian Highway extends westward along the south bank of Tongzhou River. Climatic conditions

The territory of Zhanggou Town is densely covered with river networks, criss-crossing ditches and dotted with rivers and lakes. The main rivers are Dongjing River, Tongshun River and Tongzhou River.

Zhanggou Town is located in the hinterland of Jianghan Plain, with flat terrain and fertile soil, with an average elevation of 24.8 meters.
