As my master said, there are two kinds of Buddhism that are the most poisonous, "utilitarian Buddhism" and "conspicuous Buddhism". As the name implies, utilitarian Buddhism means that modern people think that Buddha can reach heaven and turn earth into gold. We simply understand the image and supernatural power of Gongdefu in the Confucian classics as having the power of immortals, so we come to seek happiness, thinking that giving money to buy incense or merit boxes can bless wealth. I don't know that Buddhism is pure-hearted and eccentric. Everyone has Buddha nature and worships Buddha.

Second, "show Buddha", some temples violate their true intentions and nature for fame, power and wealth, engage in rituals to collect money, engage in show activities, and engage in some illegal activities and gatherings, including release ceremonies. Instead of doing good for everyone, just for the face of the temple or collecting money. As we all know, vegetarianism means direct release and deliberate release.
