Brief introduction of Luanxian county

Luanxian County is now a county under the jurisdiction of Tangshan City. 11988 was approved by the State Council in March and listed as an open coastal county. Luanxian County is located in the north of Hebei Province, on the west bank of Luanhe River, east longitude116', north latitude 39 35', northwest of Beijing 220km, southwest of Tianjin 136km, west of Tangshan 35km and east of Qinhuangdao 82km.
