Introduction of Nanhu Park

Nanhu Park in Xi City is located in Yanta District, with the Tang Furong Garden in the north and Qin Ershi Mausoleum site in the south, covering an area of 1.500 mu. The official name is Qujiangchi Ruins Park, and the locals call it Nanhu Park. It is the largest amusement park in Xi, with a water surface area of more than 700 mu.

Nanhu Park opened in 2007 and was officially opened to the public free of charge in 2008. It was planned and designed by Academician Zhang Jinqiu, a famous architect in China. From the perspective of the protection and development of cultural relics such as Qujiangchi site and Qin Ershi tomb in Tang Dynasty and the construction of regional ecological environment, this project relies on the rich tourism and cultural resources around it to restore and rebuild the historical and cultural landscapes such as Qujiang Nanhu, Qujiang Liu Yin, Hanwuquan and Huangqu Bridge, reproduce the landscape and cultural pattern of Qujiangchi area in history and build the ecological environment.

In Qujiang, there are Ziyunlou and Furong Garden in the south, Apricot Garden, Qiongzhi and Qujiang Pavilion in the west ... The palaces on both sides of the strait are continuous, the pavilions are undulating, lush and picturesque. No wonder the Tang Dynasty poet Lu Lun said in the poem "Spring in Qujiang": Acorus calamus leaves, willow branches, lotus boat birds do not know the dark. In the deepest place where there are no flowers, Louyu Jindian Qujiangchi Ruins Park, Qujiang Hanyao Ruins Park, Qin Ershi Mausoleum Ruins Park and the surrounding Tang City Wall Ruins Park have formed an urban ecological landscape belt of 1.500 mu, which together constitute a new symbol of Xi 'an's humanity, become a successful example of harmonious coexistence of Xi's urban modernization and historical and cultural heritage protection, and provide a humanistic, natural, leisure and harmonious urban activity area for Xi citizens.
