Is "three lives and three lives, reincarnation" a Taoist saying? Is there anyone who believes like me? thank you

In Chapter 42 of Tao Te Ching, Tao gives birth to one, two, three and three things. The world is among all things, and the fifth chapter says that heaven and earth are ruthless, and everything is a grass dog. God is so fair, the mistakes of past lives need to be repaid in this life, and the rightness of this life needs to be compensated in the next life. So, I believe in reincarnation. Perhaps, all of us are alive because of the sin and goodness in our last life.
