Nine people in Tianmen dialect refer to people who have lived in Hubei for a long time. This is Tianmen dialect. Hubei people used to be called nine-headed birds and thought they were aggressive. In some places, the pronunciation is still standard Mandarin pronunciation, such as si in the toilet, but reading ce is a misunderstanding.
