Besides, the incense you buy will have something like a map on the package. Lingyin Temple has five halls, where incense is mainly burned. The five halls are all stepped, one higher than the other. The first one belongs to the Heavenly King Hall and is also the first place to burn incense. Then go straight up. There is an incense burner in front of every temple. You can tell at a glance. You can't see the last temple until you go up (I also asked someone to know).
