Introduction of Jinmeng Huayang Industrial Cluster

Huayang Industrial Cluster is located in the northeast of Mengjin County, Luoyang City, with Mangshan Mountain in the south, Yellow River in the north and Xixiayuan Reservoir in the west. It is one of the first planned 180 provincial industrial clusters in Henan province, with a planned area of 13.67 square kilometers. The leading industries are equipment manufacturing and chemical materials. Through scientific planning, industrial agglomeration can be divided into six parks: equipment manufacturing park, new material park, fine chemical industry park, living service area and energy and building materials park. There are many well-known business cards in the cluster, such as "Taiwanese Industrial Park in Henan Province", "Luoyang Base of Youth Pioneer Park in Central Plains Economic Zone", "The most competitive industrial cluster in Henan Province" and "Business Card of Central Plains Economic Zone (Henan Province) 100". Since 2009, the accumulated investment in Huayang Industrial Cluster has exceeded 654.38 billion yuan. The infrastructure in the area is improving day by day, attracting investment is fruitful, and key projects are advancing rapidly. Among them, there are 8 contracted projects/kloc-0 with an investment of more than 50 million yuan, involving a total investment of 20.6 billion yuan. At present, 40 enterprises have settled in the park, initially forming a new pattern of energy, chemical and equipment manufacturing bases with Huayang Jin Meng Power Plant, Asia New Energy and Baicheng Internal Combustion Engine as the main supports.
