Only cowards need to be brave. In other words, the so-called brave people are cowards. What kind of courage does a man who is not timid need? If a person has never felt anything terrible, then he will never think that he has ever been brave.

Why are people timid? Of course, there is a reason. "Law is not alone, and war is life"-everything in the world cannot exist independently, but is formed by karma. Cowardice is no exception. Buddha said: "People have troubles because of love, and fear because of troubles; If you leave love, why worry? "Fear is cowardice. People's cowardice comes from sadness, and sadness comes from love; If you leave love, how can there be sadness and horror?

You "tried to be brave and had a fight with a very powerful person." This shows that what you are afraid of is not others (you can compete with very powerful people), but your deep love for fame and fortune. The deep love of fame and wealth makes you suffer from what is happening around you and what is lost. This accumulated psychology of being swayed by considerations of gain and loss makes people develop the habit of cowardice. The accumulation of habits forms character. It is fame and fortune that makes you timid, and it is also fame and fortune that makes you brave once. Although you feel that you have played two different actors, it is actually arranged by the same director, so there is no difference between the two performances.
