Is the horse a feudal superstition or the crystallization of ancient wisdom?

Whether the numerology discourses such as The Book of Changes, The Four Pillars, and Xiang Fa are the stuff of feudal superstition or the crystallization of ancient scientific wisdom has been a controversial issue since the founding of New China. Of course, the mainstream view is definitely that this is the scum of feudal superstition and the stuff that people in the old society lived on. It is mainly to make use of the psychological state of people who demand life and make up lies to make money.

But it doesn't mean that many people involved don't need to make a living, and these people become numerology experts. For example, the famous Qimen Yi family was founded by Zhuge Liang. He won't put aside state affairs and think about how to look at other people's faces for a living. What is even more puzzling is that human genetic and life information is determined by 64 pairs of gene chromosomes, which was proved by modern science in the 1990s. China's Book of Changes was determined from another angle 3000 years ago (unique angle of China culture: sixty-four hexagrams of Yin and Yang).

Personally, I think this is the crystallization of China's ancient scientific wisdom, not the dross. However, its theoretical system is not perfect and there are fundamental defects that cannot be overcome. So we can study it as knowledge, but we can't be superstitious about it and regard it as our own code of conduct. For example, the composition of the 64 pairs of chromosomes that determine a person's life span lies in the moment when an egg is fertilized (this was decided in Qing Dynasty, but it is unknown internationally), but numerology can't determine when this moment is, so how can we accurately judge a person's life fortune (this problem is also recognized by numerology scholars in Qing Dynasty, and they also tried to find a way to correct it, but failed to find it). So superstitious people are not people who study this field, but people who don't understand it. What's more, under the influence of a large number of people who really make a living from it, this treasure of China's history and culture has been smeared with mysterious colors and demonized.
