They bathe in the deep pool under Meishan Lake every day, laughing and clapping their hands to attract the attention of the Nine Kings. Because the Nine Kings couldn't pass the Beauty Pass, they finally relaxed their defense, so the court took this opportunity to capture the stronghold in one fell swoop and wipe out the bandits and robbers above. Just when the imperial government and farmers wanted to thank these nine beautiful women, they didn't know where they were going. So in order to commemorate these nine beautiful women, people call the mountains in this area Meishan and Meishan Lake Meishan. Later, because of homophonic, it was called Meishan Meishan. At the same time, they called the place where nine robbers met Jiuwangzhai, which has been in use ever since.

Standing on the multi-arch dam, you can have a bird's eye view of Meishan, the county seat. There are many legends about the origin of Meishan place names. Tongluozhai, located 68km southwest of the county seat, is now Longmen Village in Shangtu Town, with an altitude of1096m. This village was built in the late Ming Dynasty. According to Guangxu's "Huoshan County Records", "tongluozhai winds at the tip of Baiyun Mountain, with its summit towering and its pine tips riding on the cliff. When Zhang invaded at the end of the Ming Dynasty, people avoided it, and the thief called Gong to plow the fields, so it was named after the bronze gong. " During the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, residents still fled the soldiers and made a mess. This village is a lonely mountain peak, surrounded by overlapping rocks and dangerous roads, which is difficult to climb. Now there is no village site, only three stone mortars are found at the top of the village, which are very old in shape. One of them is dug in the rock, with an upper mouth diameter of 40 cm, a bottom diameter of 28 cm and a depth of 24 cm. A cannon with a big bowl was found at the waist of the rock, and another iron knife was half exposed and half inserted in the gap and could not be pulled out. The top of the village covers an area of about 3 square kilometers, and there is a TV relay station today.

Nanyue mountain

Located in Huoshan county, it is said that the name of the mountain was sealed when Emperor Wu ascended the mountain. Today, there are four characters in the west gate of the temple: "Hanfeng".

Above the northwest of the cave, there are strange rocks such as flagpole clip, white tiger rock and test core rock. There is a poem day: "The wind tunnel is low in the valley, the rock color of Cheng Xin is still fascinating, the pine green is buried in the Tang brown, and the weeds are lost." There is a cave in the valley in the north of the mountain, which is called "Stone Window Cave". According to legend, Zuo lived here in seclusion at the end of Han Dynasty. There is a deep pool next to the cave, called the Japanese dragon tree. The ancient poem says: "The theme of Guan Chan still exists near Yue, and the Ling Bo in front of the mountain is always awesome. The dragon swims in the pool to go to Fang Jing, and the wind is high and the ancient cave fans are fascinated. Suddenly, I suspect that Zuo Fangyuan is still in the middle building. " It vividly depicts the natural scenery and human landscape of Nanyue. The eastern slope of this mountain has hundreds of steps leading to the top. Tiantangzhai primeval forest
