Yan Zhizai, the mother of Confucius, was a girl in love at the age of 15 or 16 and married Confucius' father.

It can be said that all her hopes in life are pinned on Confucius.

Once a woman makes up her mind, there is no suffering in the world that she can't bear.

It doesn't matter whether Confucius has Oedipus complex or whether his mother and son are beyond normal ethics.

The important thing is that Confucius' mother is really an amazing woman and a great mother.

Her frugality, her humiliation, her selflessness and her spirit of sacrifice all make us respect.

When I read this, I burst into tears.

Many people don't understand why Confucius is bent on being an official. They didn't know that life was hard, and Confucius was forced by life.

Suffering makes precocity.

Suffering makes great.

It can be said that Confucius' early experiences had a great influence on his life, the most important of which was her mother's influence.

It is particularly regrettable that Yan Zhizhai, the mother of Confucius, died young at the age of 35.

A woman in her prime, the most beautiful peak moment suddenly disappeared.

Her life is so short, so bitter, so sad.

She has less happiness and more disasters.

Pain is long, happiness is short.

For a woman, this is a tragedy.

However, such a woman has nurtured and cultivated an eternal saint for us, China and the world.

Let us remember the most important woman in Confucius' life, Yan Zhizhai.

Yanzhizhai (568 BC? -535 BC? ), the mother of Confucius.

Confucius' father is Ge (a word, Ge is a name).

Shu first married Shi's wife, gave birth to nine women and had no children; He married another concubine and gave birth to a son named Bernie, who suffered from leg disease. According to the etiquette at that time, it is not suitable for inheritance.

So he and Yan Zhizai gave birth to Confucius. At that time, Shu was 72 years old and Yan Zhizai was 18 years old.

When Yan zhizai gave birth to Confucius, he went to Niqiu Mountain to pray for blessings, and later he gave birth to Confucius, hence the name Qiu.

When Confucius was 3 years old, Shu died. Because of Yan Zhizhai's birthright and Shi's wife, Yan Zhizhai and Confucius could not even attend the sacrifice of Shu.

From then on, Yan Zhizhai and Confucius lived a poor life.

Yan Zhizai, a strong and brave man, cultivated Confucius into a man who was nine feet three inches tall and was famous for his erudition under extremely difficult circumstances.

Confucius 17 years old, Confucius' mother Yan Zheng died prematurely because of overwork.

According to Sima Qian's Historical Records Confucius Family, "Ge married Yan's daughter and gave birth to Confucius." However, there are many other versions of the story about Shu proposing to Yan.

Among them, "Confucius' Family Language" records in detail: Yan has three daughters, and the youngest one is Zheng Zai.

Yan asked the third daughter, "Although Shu, the doctor of Qiaoyi, is a sage, he belongs to the royal family.

This man is nine feet long and extremely powerful. I like him very much.

Although I am a little old and strict, there is nothing wrong with these.

Which of you three wants to be his wife? The two eldest daughters were silent, and the youngest daughter came forward and replied, "Everything is arranged by dad, so dad doesn't have to ask again." Father recognized the tone of this sentence and said, "You can do it." So he married his little daughter to Shu.

This passage in Confucius Family Story is very vivid, similar to the language of the novel.

However, this statement is not very reliable, which contradicts what happened to Confucius' mother and son after his father Liang Shu died.

According to scholars' speculation, this is just to cover up that Confucius was born by Shu and Yan Zai.

Compared with Sima Qian's view, it is more reliable.

Confucius was born out of wedlock, which does not hinder the greatness of Confucius!

Note: At that time, although the concept of chastity between men and women had been formed, it was quite loose (pants at that time had legs but no crotch, so it was far from reaching the height of later generations).

According to historical records, the etiquette at that time stipulated that children could be born out of wedlock at some time every spring.

This kind of etiquette can maximize the population at that time and improve national strength.

It was normal to have children out of wedlock at that time, and Confucius' parents should never be considered to have moral defects.

Therefore, we don't have to cover up the historical truth that Confucius was born in promiscuity.
