Many people buy houses with this mentality, and most of the time they are vacant, so the occupancy rate cannot be compared with the school district or CBD. So this has also led many people on the Internet to say that Longkou, Shandong Province is a ghost town.

I think, as a tourist destination, there won't be too many people, and the quiet environment is also the reason why I choose to settle here. It can be static or mobile, with complete facilities, supermarkets, restaurants, markets and entertainment places. In my eyes, no matter how many people there are, they will never be ghost towns.
